Feeling stale, stagnant, confused or trapped? Or just needing a spring tune-up? In our chosen careers we all have behaviors and beliefs that support our success, and some that limit or down-right sabotage us. To keep growing and thriving we need to identify and challenge those beliefs and behaviors that do not serve us well. In this fun and engaging program, we will use the metaphor from an ancient fable to re-examine ways that we can let go of the banana to re-capture the success that we desire and deserve.
